On IDbook you can be buyer . You will find numbers of new design every week and by subscribing to our website you will get to know about modifications and new services.

How to Download Drawings From IDbook?

First login to website then select you category and design purchase it and you will receive a mail from us including your desired interior design.

Why should I use IDbook in?

Id book is created to help people to design their own interior and for people from around the world . IDbook provides platform to millennial minds to create distinct and unique designs for customers . Our website gives opportunity to encourage new designs and to evolve for new era .

How can I get information and notification of new designs regularly?

You have to register your mail id to our website. Weekly, we will send you updates and new modification on your register email.

Can anyone become a member/User?

Yes . Every one can become a Member/User.

Why is membership required?

On IDbook you can be a buyer . You will find numbers of new design every week and by subscribing to our website you will get to know about modifications and new services for that membership is require.

Who are professional members?

Only Architects and Interior designers will be professional members on website.

How do I deactivate my account?

You will find “Deactivate account” option in “My Account” .

PRODUCTS & ORDERS

What file types are included on Idbook?

Three types of files are available if you purchase design from website: CAD file, JPG, PDF.

What drawing types are included on Idbook?

Drawings related to interior design only.

Can we use these files for personal use such as – uploading under our name or reuse them on social media?

No you can not use uploaded files on your website or social media without over permission because it comes under our copy rights. IF we find misuse of our terms we can take legal actions.

Kindly if you use your purchased design on social media you have to mention source under our website name.

I am not able to open CAD, JPG or PDF. What do I do now?

If you have problems in operating file in CAD and other files:

  • We have prepared all files in AutoCAD 2004. Apparently you have to convert it as per version of your software.
  • Somehow if file is corrupt you have to mail this to our service mail id. We will check it than mail you the same file again.
  • If you are unable to open PDF and JPG first check the drivers in your system.

If you still face the same problem you have to submit your query on this mail (contact@idbook.in). We will give solution for it.

Can I get hard copies of designs?

We only provide hard copies for special requests only and its paid and extra charge for extra copies. We assure you a highest quality of hard copies here.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive a immediate mail and SMS on your register mobile number.

There is a difference in purchased design and received design. What do I do now?

First you to forward the mail at our service mail(contact@idbook.in). After that only we can proceed to help you.

I am not able to pay through my debit card or credit card. What do I do now?

Refer your bank detail or related issue. We have included all the banks in to payment section so no customer can face issue in payment section.

How many design I can purchase in one order?

You can purchase numbers of design from our website . There is no limit.

When will I receive my refund for the failed transaction?

For that you have to mail at our service mail (contact@idbook.in) after that we can proceed to your query . Furthermore, you have to forward mail you received after payment cancellation after that only we can proceed for refund procedure.

I am not able to apply on discount (coupons) scheme. What do I do now?

Currently this feature is not available. But we will give you extra rewarding points on you every purchase you make from our website which will beneficial to your account in further schemes of our website.

My order confirmation mail shows unsuccessful payment but my payment is debited from my bank account. What do I do?

You have to submit your query in our service mail(contact@idbook.in) and will help you to solve this query.

In this you have to submit a screenshot of debited amount of your purchase after that we will proceed to help you via mail.

Can I add an item or multiple items to my order after I have placed my order?

No you have to make another purchase to buy new designs.

I didn't get any confirmation mail or message on register number after payment. What do I do now?

You have to submit your query in our service mail(contact@idbook.in) and will help you to solve this query.

I want to return or undo my purchase. What do I do now?

You cannot undo your purchase. You should keep older purchased design and buy an actual design or new one because there is no policy for refund and return.
